Highly recommend Keith and his team. Keith was super responsive to all of my questions prior to my move. They arrived on time (even a few minutes early) and got right to work loading all of my belongings onto the truck. My house was loaded, moved across town, and unloaded into my new home MUCH quicker than I had anticipated - and there were no casualties in the process! Jay Valley Movers are VERY reasonably priced and efficient. Thank you for being so easy to work with, and for making a stressful day much more manageable.

Jay Valley is above and beyond. We used them for our cross town move. Keith and his team were professional, on time, fun, and energetic! They took very good care of our things and used plenty of caution with walls and doorways. So glad we found them to help us! Would book again.

My husband and I have used this company twice in the last year. We remodeled our kitchen last fall and needed all our appliances moved out and back in again for the hardwood floor installation. They did such an outstanding job that we did not hesitate to call Keith again this year when we had our older hardwood floors refinished in our living/dining room and loft. It is very refreshing to work with a professional team that is courteous, friendly, caring, and efficient. They took extra steps to ensure our needs were met, and our furniture and floors were not damaged. We are completely satisfied! Jay Valley Movers is an excellent, locally based company that we highly recommend for your moving needs.

Keith and his crew are friendly, great at communicating and did an amazing job doing my interstate moving. They handled my things carefully. They are very efficient and offer reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them for any type of moving.

Today’s move was as smooth and professional as it gets! I’m so pleased with the work Jay Valley Movers did with my cross-town move in Syracuse this morning. Keith and Dell showed up on time with a smile, a friendly attitude and worked swiftly and mindfully for four hours straight! They both have a wealth of experience and required zero supervision or instruction. There was no damage to my belongings or my home which put me at ease during and after a very big day. I’m very grateful for their help and expertise. Highly recommended!

Great company. Efficient, responsive and courteous. Keith was very responsive and worked with me to get two very big refrigerators moved. His two movers, Jordan and AJ were great, respectful and great at what they do. It’s hard to find great movers. I would highly recommend this group. Thanks so much guys!!

These guys are very good. I told the piano was valuable, and they treated it carefully. They even removed a door in the house to ensure the piano wouldn't bump into anything. The movers were friendly and pleasant. The price was fair, also.

We had a great experience with Jay Valley movers! The team was on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently, were friendly and very careful with our things. We have had bad experiences with moving companies in the past but Jay Valley did a fantastic job. And the price was fair, and was what we were quoted without any hidden or increased fees. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for any future moves!
